1 box of jumbo shells
1lb ground turkey
1/2l lb mild Italian sausage
Pasta sauce home made or store bought (keep half a cup to the side for bottom of pan)
1/2lb Mozzarella cheese
Boil noodles as directed
Cook ground turkey and sausage till browned. Once noodles are cooked rinse in cold water to stop cooking And set aside. Add mozzarella and pasta sauce to the meat. Once cheese has melted. Stuff the shells and make one layer. Pour pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese over top. Do one more layer. Place in oven to cheese is melted.
Serve with garlic bread
