Peanut Butter Banana Cup Cakes with Butter Cream Frosting
For the Cupcakes:
2 eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Butter Cream Frosting
2lb Powder Sugar
1-2 Stick of butter (I played with it so its not exact)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4 Egg Whites
Dash of Cream of Tatar (Optional)

Beat egg whites together until foamy (and Tartar).
Add butter and vanilla then mix
Then slowly add the powder sugar until blended well.
If needed use 2 tablespoons of milk ONLY IF TO THICK!
Add flavoring and/or color to the mix for extra fun
