Wash the strawberries and let them dry.
Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler over low heat until just melted. (a glass bowl set over a saucepan with a couple inches of water at a low boil)
Once the Chocolate is melted, dip the strawberries into it and put them on parchment paper to set up. After a couple hours, melt white chocolate the same way.
After it's melted, put it in a sandwich bag and cut just a tiny bit of the corner off and used that to drizzle the white chocolate over them. Tip: Saves on buying more kitchen tools.
