Here is a simple, amazing recipe for the crock pot! Throw everything you see in the crock pot (equal parts beer and broth) over a London broil. Crock 8 hours on low. Take out, and shred. Put on toasted chipolata bread, with melted mozzarella cheese. Use the extra au jus dipping sauce in the crock, to dip your sandwiches!
