2 pounds of burger,
1 pound of mild sausage,
1 1/2 cups of Italian bread crumbs,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon montreal steak seasoning,
1 baseball size onion diced,
3 eggs,
squirt of mustard.....
mix well and form into a ball.....it should hold its shape when held and tossed lightly, if it doesn't, add some more bread crumbs and re mix.....place in crock pot and top with some whole peeled tomatoes and cook on low for 6 hours.
