Ingredients
1) 10 oz can cream of chicken soup,
32oz chicken broth,
8 oz whole fat cream cheese (cubed)
3 oz real bacon bits, 1 cup cheddar cheese
Combine potatoes, broth, soup and 1.5 oz of bacon in crock pot
Set on high for 7 hrs, stir occasionally
Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese and remaining bacon
Cook on high for 1 hr or until cream cheese is melted, stir often
Serve
