1 pound ground chuck
1 large onion diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 head of cabbage chopped 3/4 cup instant rice 2 cans of diced tomatoes...i used roasted garlic flavor 1 can of tomato sauce 3/4 cup beef broth salt, pepper, celery salt, basil....all to personal taste
brown beef and onions till beef is no longer pink. add garlic and rice
and cook for 3 minutes. add cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth and
spices. bring to boil then simmer covered till cabbage and rice are
cooked. 20-25 minutes
