Ensalada de Papa 
(potato salad)
Ingredients
6 big potatos peeled & diced
3 heaping tablespoons of Mayo
2 Tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of milk (any %)
6 hard boiled eggs peeled & sliced in half
TS adobo
TS pepper
TS garlic powder



Instructions

Boil potatos until soft. Drain.
  Place in mixing bowl, seasonings,mayo,butter, and egg YOLKS ONLY. 

Beat on medium until almost mixes into a sauce.
Add potatoes, and eggs, beat on high until mixed and lumpy.
Eat warm or cold.
  Tip: add pimentos, sliced Spanish olives, and/or diced apples to tase.
