Thought I'd share wanted sandwiches I worked with what I had so .....
I did the Mississippi crack roast my way
Here is my recipe
2 lb roast ( browned)
1 tablespoon of ranch and gravy mix
whole jar of pepperoncini peppers ( these are tasty cooked like this) and a sliced onion and half a stick of butter
about half hour before serving I shredded and added a tablespoon of cornstarch and made sandwiches with little sub/hoagie buns ...
Place roast in the slow cooker and sprinkle with a little black pepper
Sprinkle the top with the ranch dressing mix and the au jus mix.
Place peppers on top of mixes.
Add the butter on top.
Set your slow cooker up 8 hours and forget it. ~Lisa of Goodcooking and Chatting
