2 lbs Ground Chuck
1.5 lbs Ground Pork
1.5 lbs Italian Sausage Meat
4 big cans of Tomato
3 cups Tomato Sauce
2 cups Tomato Puree
Red Wine
2 Zucchinis
6 Small Carrots
2 cups Celery
3 big Onions
2 cups Dried Mushrooms (Powdered in coffee grinder)
Garlic
Beef stock concentrate
Herbs and Spices to taste.
Sriracha
Add all ingredients and cook over low heat until almost done then bake on low temp for approx 3 hours. Can also be adapted for slow cooker/Crockpot.
