Nutella Chocolate Souffle

Nutella Chocolate Souffle

2 eggs separated
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of Nutella
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of cream of tartar( optional)

Directions:
-Spray the Ramekins with cooking spray or spread butter all around, then use cocoa powder to cover the bowl and set aside

- in a large bowl whisk the egg whites with the cream of tarter until it becomes stiff

- In another bowl beat egg yolks, sugar until its well blended and pale looking. add the Nutella into the bowl of yolks (microwave the Nutella for 45 seconds so its less stiff and easier to use while mixing) and mix well. Add a spoonful of the egg whites at a time and mix very gently until the egg whites disappears into the chocolate mix.

- pour batter into the ramekins and bake for 15 to 20 mins. max ( you want to make sure that it is not over cooked )

    1. the temp should be between 350 to 375 degrees- its an amazing recipe-
