Pre heat oven 375 degrees 
 season red snapper with ground pepper,
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper 
sprinkled with vinegar and lime juice 
  add Snapper, red, green pepper with onions to a sheet of greased/pam aluminum foil 
fold it neatly with maikig sure it will not leak as to keep juices in foil.
 then put it in a cookie sheet under the foil for support 
bake for about 30-45 mins.........
