Here's the recipe for sharing :
Shredded carrots
Turnip ( peeled and sliced thinly)
Crab meat, white prawns, shrimp or imitation crab meat
Coriander leaves - a few sprigs and chopped finely
1 egg
Blended garlic and onions paste
Chicken stock cube - 1

Saute blended ingredients, crab meat or prawns, add vegetables, chicken stock and lastly add coriander leaves. Mix well till vegetables are cooked. Stir in the egg that has been scrambled separately. Let it cool. Then use as filling for spring rolls wrappers or wonton wrappers. Seal with egg wash. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve with any bottled dipping chilli sauce.
