2 sticks butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Cream together butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well. Mixture will be crumbly. Form into a log and cut into 1/2 inch discs. Place on un greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cookies may be light brown around edges. Move to wire rack to cool.
Melt a couple large spoonfuls of hazelnut spread in the microwave 20 seconds at a time until spreadable consistency. Spread a small amount onto the cool cookies, chill until chocolate sets back up.
