Chicken Pizzoli.
Ingridents
1 package chicken breast tenders
Can Parmesan cheese
2 cups Mozzarella (or more if you want it really cheesy)
About 15 Pepperoni's
1-2 cans spaghetti sauce (depending on your pan size)
1) Preheat oven to 375°F
2) Dry off chicken breast tenders. Put Parmesan cheese on a plate. Coat your chicken with the cheese.
3) Place chicken on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 mins.
4) Put spaghetti sauce in a baking dish. Put the chicken in, sprinkle mozzarella over top. Place pepperoni over the cheese. Add more cheese if desired.
5) Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins.
We usually serve ours over spaghetti noodles. N'joy
