Ingredients:
2 cups of raw greens (I use a spinach, kale, and chard mix)
2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana sliced
2 cups of pineapple (I use frozen pineapple for a smoother consistency
In a blender, blend coconut milk and greens together until leaves have been liquified. Add sliced banana. Blend until smooth. Add pineapple. Blend until smooth.
Makes two 16 oz servings. 192 calories per serving. Healthy, and can serve as a meal replacement.
