Whole wheat pasta
1/2 lb chicken breast
2 cups chicken broth
Red bell pepper
Half a small white onion
One tomato
2 cloves of garlic
tsp basil
tsp oregano
Salt pepper to taste
2Tablesoons olive oil
Boil pasta till almost done still a little stiff.
Sweat garlic bell pepper and onion about 4 min.
Add chicken and all spices cook till no longer pink.
Add in pasta and 1/2 cup of boiling water and chicken broth. Cook till pasta is done.
(I didn't have these but you could add zucchini and mushrooms)
Serve with a nice glass of wine
