Salmon Dip


4 pkgs cream cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
3-4 green onions thinly sliced
3-4 celery stalks thinly sliced
2-3 large cans of sliced olives
1 lb smoked salmon (I used canned smoked salmon cups)
1pkg Uncle Dan's Southern Ranch
1-3 tsp horseradish

Mix with hand mixer until combined. Refrigerate overnight and serve with crackers or bread
