My Mother's Crock-Pot Potato Soup

8 cups diced baking potatoes

Chopped onion

3 cans of chicken broth

1 can of cream of chicken- the family size

1 8 oz cream cheese -cubed

1/2 lb of bacon - cooked and chopped



In a crock pot put in first 5 ingrediants. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Stir now and then. Add cream cheese and bacon. Cook for another 1/2 hour.
