"Un-Kettled" Popcorn

Ingredients

5 cups air popped popcorn

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup dried fruit (pineapple, mango, cherries etc.)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium mixing bowl, combine popcorn, coconut flakes and macadamia nuts. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey, ginger, and salt. Pour sauce over popcorn mixture and toss to combine.
2. On a parchment lined baking sheet, spread popcorn mixture in thin layer. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add dried fruit. Let cool and serve. Store in airtight container.
