CopyCat Chinese Chicken on a Stick recipe

A small bread pan dish. 
Slice up one large chicken breast.
Drizzle 2-3 Tablespoons of sesame oil 
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup Teriyaki sauce.  
1-2 cloves minced garlic flecked on top  
sprinkle 2-3 tsps ground ginger  
1 Tblsp brown sugar on top. 
Rub the spices and sugar on top with the back of a spoon. 
Bake in 300-325 oven 
When chicken is cooked thoroughly. Drain the liquid mostly out.  
Broil for a few minutes to brown and dry a little. Tastes just like the chicken on a stick at the Chinese restaurant. You could use skewers and marinade with my mixture and grill.
